  • Customer has 20 days once they have received item to return it.
  • Item must be returned in same condition received,
  • Damage items can be exchanged if refunded will be given back 100%.
  • Custom/ personalize orders cannot be returned but can be sent in for alterations.
  • Shipping takes 5-7 business days for in store product & priority/ custom ordered is
    considered which takes 2-3 business days.
  • Priority shipping is avaible to customer for an additonal fee but does not affect
    the process of custom/personal design items.
  • Customer items are also considered priority and are shipped same day
    completed.
  • Tracking number is sent to customer once item has be checked and cleared for
    any errors.
  • Customer will receive 100% refund if item is damaged.
  • Items with damage can be refunded 100% if customer does not want to exchange.
  • Refund will be sent once item has be received in store.
  • Shipping label will be sent to customer.
  • Takes 2-3 weeks to complete
    Shipped same day of completion 2-3days to ship.
  • Must schedule appointment video or in person.
  • Deposit must be put down when scheduling appointments.
  • Items such as dress, jackets, coats, and pants fit differently based on design.
  • Shirts are direct to size.
