Customer has 20 days once they have received item to return it
Item must be returned in same condition received
Damage items can be exchanged if refunded will be given back 100%
Custom/ personalize orders cannot be returned but can be sent in for alterations
Shipping takes 5-7 business days for instore product,priority/ custom ordered is conidered which takes 2-3 business days
Priority shipping is avaible to customer for an additonal fee but does not affect the process of custom/personal design items.
Customer items are also considered priority and are shipped same day completed.
Tracking number is sent to customer once item has be checked and cleared for any errors.
Customer will receive 100% refund if item is damaged
Items with damage can be refunded 100% if customer does not want to exchange
Refund will be sent once item has be received in store
Shipping label will be sent to customer
